The countdown is on!  Let's finish these last couple of weeks with enthusiasm and enough good cheer to keep us all on the "Nice List"!

Book Fair - Open this week until 4:30 each afternoon with special evening hours tomorrow during the Celebration of Learning.  It will close at 1:00 on Friday.  You can put money into your child's account so they don't have to carry cash HERE.

Celebration of Learning - TOMORROW night, Tuesday, Dec. 4, at 6pm.  Come hear the strings ensembles, the band and the 4th graders play throughout the evening.  We'll have door prizes, special announcements and you'll be able to see some amazing student work all throughout the school!

Picture Re-Take Day - Tomorrow, 12/4.  If your student wasn't here on Picture Day or you'd like a new photo, tomorrow is the day!

PTA Board Meeting - Tomorrow 12/4 at 5:15 in Mrs. Scarbrough's office.  Anyone is welcome to join.

Volleyball Try-Outs - Middle School girls are welcome to try-out on Mon, Dec. 10 and Tue, Dec. 11 after school.  You must have a current sports physical on file to try-out.  The schedule of matches is on the website under Athletics on the main menu bar.  Once your student makes the team, you can easily upload the schedule to your calendar!

Toys for Tots - The 4th grade is collecting NEW, unwrapped toys during this season of giving to benefit kids right here in Chattanooga.  You can bring your toy donations to the bin in the Library.

Peppermint Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix - Now on sale by the 2nd graders!  At just $9 a jar, this is a thoughtful and quick gift for anyone on your list!  All money raised is given to the Humane Society and Chattanooga Zoo.

CSLA Skate Night - Calling all Kindergarten through 4th grade students!!!  Grab your friend and come join your CSLA family at the rink on Monday, Dec. 10 from 5-7 pm.  At only $5 for admission and rental, this is the perfect break from the holiday craziness!  And 100% of the money comes back to the CSLA PTA.  The older kids will have their skate night in the spring.

Food City and Publix - Remember to link your Food City card to CSLA!  And register your phone number with Publix so that we can earn cash rewards just for you buying groceries you would anyway.  Easy money!

Last Day of School - Wednesday, Dec. 19 will be a half day.  Car riders will dismiss at 11:50 and bus riders shortly thereafter.  After-care will be open until 6pm, but you must be registered to attend.  Forms are in the office.

Lost and Found - Items will all be donated after the last day of school - PLEASE see if your child is missing anything!
