See You at the Pole - Middle School students invite EVERYONE for a time of prayer and reflection this Wed, Oct. 3 at 8:15am at the flag pole at the front of the school.  Elementary students need to be accompanied by a parent.

Drop-Off and Dismissal - Please do not drop students in the parking lot.  You must either go through the car line or park and walk them across.  This is super dangerous and creates back-ups in the traffic flow.  When you arrive in the morning line, please pull all the way to the end of the sidewalk so as many cars as possible can unload at one time.  Also be aware of children getting out on the left-hand side.  And remember, this is a no-cell phone zone during drop-off and dismissal.  We know you need to get to work and are ready to get home, but the safety of our students has to come first.  Thanks for helping us with that!

Conference Sign-Ups - Parent/Teacher conferences will be held Thur, Oct. 18 and Fri, Oct. 19.  Sign-ups will be posted on the website and you'll receive an email when those become available.  Please make sure you do this as it is a Magnet School requirement to attend.  Report Cards and Parent Hours Reports will also come home at this time.

Fall Break - Oct. 8-13.  Have fun!

No Students - Mon, Oct. 15 is a teacher in-service day.  No students will attend.  Also, unless your child has a conference, no students will attend on Fri, Oct. 19.

Box Tops for Education - Please send those in when you get a bag full!  Our first send-off deadline is November 1, so turn in your bags in to the pink box on the table at the back of the Auditorium.  No need to cut neatly or label - we'll have volunteers take care of that!

Friday Night Lights - Remember to mark your calendar for the new date - Friday, Oct. 26th.  This will be a great night for our school and hopefully won't be muddy and squishy!

Volunteers - All volunteer opportunities will always be posted on the Volunteer icon on the website - check it often.  Coming soon - volunteers needed for the Friends of CSLA Golf Tournament on Tue, Oct. 23 and new spots for Friday Night Lights on Oct. 26.

Have a great week and enjoy your Fall Break!
